This year’s summit looks at three specific areas related to the AAU’s mandate through three sessions: one each in talent, innovation, and entrepreneurism. The Innovation Session starting at 11:00 A.M. and moderated by Dr. Gary Kachanoski, president of Memorial University, includes among its panel of four, the chairperson of OceansAdvance,  Anthony Patterson, president and CEO, Virtual Marine Technology Inc., and OceansAdvance Member Mark Ploughman, assistant deputy minister, Department of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development, Government of Newfoundland Labrador
