Plans have been finalized for information sessions hosted by the Hebron Project to provide updated procurement information. The sessions–to be held in St. John’s, Clarenville, and Corner Brook–will provide an update on upcoming procurement opportunities related to the Hebron Topsides and Gravity Based Structure (GBS). WorleyParsons and Kiewit-Kvaerner Contractors (KKC), will attend these sessions to provide a forecast of future work opportunities aimed at potential suppliers for the Hebron Project.

The event agenda includes and introduction by a representative of ExxonMobil Canada Properties, to be followed by presentations from WorleyParsons and Kiewit-Kvaerner Contractors (KKC).

In St. John’s  the session will be held at the St. John’s Convention Centre, Monday, March 12, 2012. Registration is at 8:00 a.m

In Clarenville, the session will be held at the Clarenville Inn, Wednesday, March 14, 2012, 10:00 a.m. registration

The Corner Brook session will be held at the Greenwood Inn, Friday, March 16, 2012 with registration at 10:00 a.m.

Afterwards, the representatives from WorleyParsons and Kiewit-Kvaerner Contractors (KKC) will be available for 15- minute one-on-one meetings. Priority for one-on-one meetings will be given to local companies and companies with operations in Newfoundland & Labrador as per the Project’s continuing commitment to provide full and fair opportunity to local and other Canadian suppliers, with first consideration for local suppliers on a competitive basis.

In addition to the one-on-one meetings, representatives will also be available to network and answer general questions.

In order to accommodate as many potential suppliers as possible, there is a limit of two representatives per company for the presentation sessions and one meeting request per company for the one-on-one meetings.

Please complete a registration form and return it to NOIA by Wednesday, February 29. In order accommodate one-on-one meetings, registration forms received after that date cannot be accepted.
