Mike Maguire, Chair of OceansAdvance is pleased to announce this year’s speaker, Delia Warren, Lead Renewables Consultant in offshore wind with the Renewables team at Xodus Group in Boston.

Born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Delia started her career as an offshore pipeline and subsea structural design engineer in the oil and gas industry, working in Scotland, France and finally in St. John’s, NL.

After more than 7 years in this industry, Delia obtained an MBA from Memorial University and changed roles – first as a Director at a non-profit organization supporting fossil fuel industry workers transitioning to jobs in renewable energy, then with a small renewable energy firm in a business development and project management capacity. Her technical background in offshore design has enabled her to transition seamlessly into her role with Xodus, where she specializes in supply chain and market entry analysis in the US offshore wind energy industry.
