EITNL (Earth Information Technologies (NL) Limited) is a privately owned professional geomatics consulting firm established in 1996 and located in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. EITNl specializes in web-based Mapping/GIS and Database Management applications.
In the marine technology sector, EITNL provides Geomatics / GIS web applications for Marine Transportation and Vessel Tracking, Access to Marine Data Sensors (e.g. Oceanographic/Meteorological Buoys) and mapping of diverse marine environmental and biological datasets in GIS applications.

EITNL provides a wide range of Professional Geomatics Services, for both land and marine operations, with a primary focus on Internet-based Geographic Information Systems (GIS) design, implementation and website delivery. In particular, EITNL specializes in developing and delivering custom GIS applications for Municipal Management but we also have strong experience in oceanographic and seabed mapping information presentation, meteorological/oceanographic sensor monitoring and data presentaion, vessel tracking and development of websites for other marine interests.
EITNL provides GIS website hosting and delivery of web-based GIS and Mapping applications with a particular interest on providing those services for our clients who do not have the budget or IT capacity to develop, host and maintain their GIS applications in-house.
