Women CyberSecurity Society (WCS2)

The Women Cybersecurity Society (WCS2) is a Canadian nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering women in the cybersecurity field. Founded to address the significant gender gap and challenges women face in this rapidly growing industry, WCS2 provides a safe, inclusive space for learning, mentorship, and career development.

Our mission is to advance opportunities for women and marginalized communities in cybersecurity by fostering education, raising awareness, and advocating for equality. Through workshops, networking events, resources, and the development of strategic partnerships, WCS2 equips women and the industry with the skills and knowledge to succeed and thrive in cybersecurity roles.

As part of our commitment to community support, we work to raise awareness of the online threats women and girls face, including cyberbullying, cyberstalking, identity theft, and other forms of online abuse. Our goal is to promote cybersecurity education and create a safer, more secure digital world for everyone.

With chapters across Canada, WCS2 continues to inspire, connect, and empower the next generation of women cybersecurity leaders.
