Adaptive Marine Solutions (AMS) founded in 2018, is a wholly-owned private Canadian company. It was created by the two original owners to address the challenges faced by the Marine Industry, focused on delivery against the bespoke needs of its clients.

AMS is a small medium business (SMB) entity that employs 48 individuals to support its entire business activities, both here in Canada as well as to our international clients. AMS specializes in marine design and offering full life-cycle asset management serving commercial and government programs. In addition to being Canada’s second largest production design company, we differentiate ourselves by also offering a full in-house engineering service.

AMS has been recognized as a leading trusted partner for shipbuilding design, construction, and repair/refit, and are proud to be a continued trusted and experienced partner to major Canadian Shipyards. We pride ourselves in being Canada’s leading full marine design firm with a team that carries the required security clearances to meet all Canadian Navy Programs (design/build and refit of vessels and submarines).
