Memorial University’s Engagement Framework Development
Session #10: Technologies and Media for Engagement,
DATE: Mon., Feb. 6, 2012
TIME: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
LOCATION: McCann Centre, Faculty of Education
Co-chaired by Derek Wilton and Bruce Gilbert.
The 3-hour session includes participants from inside and outside Memorial with an interest or expertise in technology.
The co-chairs will each provide some introductory thoughts on how Technologies and Media relates to engagement from their perspective followed by a facilitated discussion on current strengths of Memorial engagement, current gaps or weaknesses and related solutions, and possible new opportunities (projects, initiatives, systems).
A Memorial staff member will produce a report from the session and, once it is approved by the co-chairs, will post it to the website.
If you have colleagues you think would be interested in attending, please pass this onto them. We are trying to limit each session to a maximum of 30 people, with approximately half from inside Memorial and half from outside.
Please RSVP to Jessica Hussey at jhussey@mun.ca (phone 864-8331) by Feb. 2, 2012, 5:00 p.m.
