About this Event
We are excited to invite you to the Ocean Allies forum follow up meeting hosted by Canada’s Ocean Supercluster. Following up from the meeting on May 20th, this forum will inform future projects that build the diverse capacity of Canada’s ocean economy.
We appreciate the time the community took to provide direction and guidance on building diverse capacity in Canada’s ocean economy, and we’d like to make sure we’re moving in the right direction.
Fresh eyes are also welcome! Many of you are also interested in increasing the diversity of your workforce or are perhaps already delivering programming aimed at improving inclusion more broadly. Please join us as we reflect on what we’ve heard so far and how we can move forward as a community.
Goals of the Forum:
This event will reflect on information heard on May 20th on activities to improve diversity and inclusion in Canada’s ocean economy and suggest a revised workplan.
This event is best suited for those who have developed or are working on a diversity & inclusion project, or are interested in developing a diversity & inclusion strategy in the ocean economy.
Please note that this event is by invitation only and closed to media. If you would like to suggest an attendee, please contact the event organizers at firstname.lastname@example.org
