You are cordially invited to attend the upcoming Ocean Technology Speaker Series, co-sponsored by OceansAdvance and the City of St. John’s.

Our guest speaker is Chris Campbell, Executive Director of Marine Renewables Canada.  Chris will highlight the state of the marine renewable energy sector and provide insight on opportunities to participate in Canada’s growing marine renewable energy industry.

Working in extremely energetic wave and tidal regimes is a new application and a new challenge for marine industry and ocean technology. The Newfoundland and Labrador experience in harsh marine environments may well be best prepared to take on these new challenges.
