The Arctic Technology Conference (ATC) is an OTC event that focuses on cutting edge technologies and innovative practices needed for the exploration and production of natural resources in the Arctic that respect the environment and people living in the region. It has been held annually since 2011 and attracts more than 1,200 participants and over 50 exhibitors. The next ATC is being held in Houston on February 10-12, 2014.
Newfoundland and Labrador has always had a strong presence at this event, particularly from industry and academic experts. To help create awareness about Newfoundland and Labrador’s many Arctic-related capabilities and expertise, and to support local participants, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador will once again have a booth at this event (booth 312). This booth will be open to all participants from the province who wish to use it as a meeting place, connection point, to display promotional material and to meet potential clients touring the exhibit.
If you plan on registering for this event and would like use the booth, please let us know by contacting Gillian Chatman at (709) 729-3922. By doing so, you will also kept informed of various activities that IBRD will be organizing for this event. In addition, travel stipends may be available to eligible companies.
