Ms. Clarke is an independent corporate director. She was Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of New Look Vision Group Inc. until May 2022 and has both public and private company experience across several industries including manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, food and beverage and financial. Prior to joining New Look Vision Group, she served for three years as Chief Financial Officer of Imvescor Restaurant Group Inc. and Corporate Controller of Keurig Canada. Ms. Clarke was also Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Information Officer at Le Groupe Voyage Vision 2000 Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and spent 14 years at Grand Toys International Ltd. and was Executive Vice-President and Chief Finance Officer.

Tania began her career as an auditor at KPMG in Montreal, Quebec. and is a Canadian and US CPA (CA) with 25+ years experience across many industries both with public and private companies, responsible for enterprise risk, financial, reporting, governance, investor relations, legal, real estate, tax and mergers and acquisitions.

She sits on the board of directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada – audit and risk committees, Jamieson Wellness Inc (TSX: JWEL) recently appointed Chair – Audit Committee, and within the non-profit segment, Futurpreneur Canada and The McGill University Health Foundation.

On Community level, she has been a member of various community groups since childhood and held board positions on the West Island Black Community Association, as well as Games for Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization raising funds for children’s charities. She is also actively mentoring young professionals in their career and personal journeys.

Ms. Clarke completed the Director Governance and Effectiveness program, obtaining Valedictorian standing and the ICD.D designation. In the spirit of continuous development, she is currently enrolled in the Competent Boards’ ESG Designation Program for Board of Directors.

Ms. Cathy Bennett is a successful business executive with over 35 years of experience across multiple sectors including energy, mining, telecommunications, manufacturing, technology, and retail. Between 2014 and 2018, Ms. Bennett was a Member of the Newfoundland & Labrador House of Assembly, with service in government as Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, and Minister for the Status of Women. With experience in mergers & acquisitions, CEO transitions and corporate strategy and DEI, she has served as board chair and committee chair in various capacities including Audit, Human Resources, Health & Safety, as well as Governance committees on more than twenty boards in her career.

Ms. Bennett currently serves on the boards of the Business Development Bank of Canada, and Marathon Gold. She is founding and managing partner of Sandpiper Ventures. Amongst many previous affiliations with businesses and service organizations within the Atlantic Canadian region, Ms. Bennett has served on the boards of NL Hydro, New Millennium Iron Ore, Bell Aliant, the Institute of Corporate Directors (NL) and the Atlantic Provinces Economic Council.
