November 14 is the final date for you to respond to the LOOKNorth Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI). The first qualification is that you must represent a small- to medium-sized enterprise based in Newfoundland and Labrador.   Further to qualification, you will need to have developed remote sensing or other monitoring technologies that when employed can provide significant positive impacts on the sustainable development of Canada’s northern natural resources and oil sands.
