Concierge Advisors across Canada are now providing one-on-one assistance to Canadian SMEs, using their deep industry experience and knowledge to help guide them to the most relevant public innovation programs and services available to help meet their innovation needs.
Canada’s small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the main drivers of economic growth, and their success contributes to our country’s competitiveness. To succeed, businesses often require assistance, whether they’re looking for customized guidance, expert advice or access to funding programs. Although this kind of assistance is often available, it is not always easy for businesses to access it.
The Government of Canada’s new Concierge Service assists SMEs in navigating the many available innovation resources and support programs offered by the government and selecting the right options to meet their needs. Concierge Advisors have extensive networks and expertise, as well as knowledge about a range of industrial sectors for clients to benefit from.
The bilingual Concierge Service is delivered by the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP) in collaboration with federal and provincial partners.
