MASS16 is a two-day conference organized by the Aerospace and Defence Industry Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (ADIANL) and being held in St. John’s, NL from October 27 – 28, 2016.  Under the theme “Converging Interests”, MASS16 will bring together government, military, Coast Guard, academia, industry, research and other key arctic and maritime stakeholders.

Under the theme “Converging Interests“, MASS16 encompass presentations and discussions on: 

  • Northern Security and Surveillance
  • Maritime Domain Capabilities
  • Port Security
  • Search and Rescue

  • Brigadier-General Bruce Ploughman, Chief of Readiness of the Canadian Joint Operations Command
  • Dr. Hady Salloum, Director of the DHS National Center of Excellence for Maritime Security at the Stevens Institute of Technology
