The objective of this working session is to:
- Explore the economic outlook, the role of innovation and productivity in driving a prosperous Canada, and why it matters for SMEs
- Demonstrate the value of adopting digital technologies by SMEs, including the potential for productivity gains and business growth opportunities
- Raise the level of awareness among SMEs of the value of adopting digital technologies
The final goal will be to capture shared knowledge and experiences, insights that will be incorporated into a final published report and webinar, aimed at increasing the knowledge of the value of adopting ICT.
The session will include presentations and a roundtable discussion among SMEs from the region who have adopted digital technologies and thereby improved their bottom line, presentations from subject matter experts, and facilitated discussions to share diverse experiences and best practices.
