COST: $1,200 each for maximum of 10 participants

The BDC is holding four half-day workshops covering four topics – Company Assessment, Competitive Review, Marketing Strategies, and Marketing and Communications Action Plan. 

These were developed with the understanding that entrepreneurs can get caught up in day-to-day operations and take an ad-hoc approach to marketing when success likely depends on a moreco-ordinated approach to the marketing.

This program is designed to address that challenge by giving you the knowledge and tools you need to establish a structured, results driven marketing strategy for your business.

The workshops are designed to be small and interactive and participants receive a participant’s binder, USB key with complete program content, reference guide, and other practical tools (customer satisfaction surveys, action plan templates, etc.).
