INTRODUCTION   OceansAdvance Inc. (OA) is the Ocean Technology (OT) Cluster for Newfoundland and Labrador (NL). In collaboration with The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA), and the Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Provincial Department of Tourism, Culture, Industry, and Innovation (TCII), OA is seeking the services of a Consultant to develop a database comprising capabilities and competitive strengths of the OceansAdvance membership, for reference via OA’s website.   Read more.
